1. Are the model homes energy efficient?
Yes. Approx R-15 in the walls, R38 in the ceiling. We foam all penetrations and professionally caulk.
2. How do I get to the model homes?
Both are approximately at 193rd and F street.
3. What is near by?
Five minutes to WalMart, Target, Bakers, numerous restaurants (the 180th and Center area). Five Minutes from grade school, middle school, high school.
4. What school districts are the model homes in?
Elkhorn
5. How many bedrooms, baths, etc. are on floor plans?
Copperfield: 3 Bedrooms 2-1/2 bath 2125 sq ft
Whitehawk: 4 Bedrooms 3 Bath 1925 sq ft.
6. Are the homes customizable?
Yes. Copperfield has an unfinished walkout basement.
7. What major vendors did you use to build your models?
Pella and Lincoln windows, Moen faucets, GE appliances, Trane Furnaces.
8. What special features do your model homes have?
Multiple fireplaces, walkout basement, library paneling, vaulted great room ceiling, built in entertainment center, china cabinet, and bookshelves. Covered deck, custom cabinets. Professional landscaping and sprinkler system.
